Need to change something on an order, or cancel it entirely? The fastest way is to open a support ticket so our team can catch it before your machine moves into processing.
Start with a support ticket
The quickest route is a ticket at /support. Use the support form there and tell us clearly that you want to change or cancel an order. If you have an account, sign in first at /login so we can match the request to your order right away.
Once processing or building starts on a Calyraen machine, a change or cancellation is not guaranteed. That is why speed matters. Send the ticket as soon as you know what you want to adjust.
What to include
Give us enough to act on the first reply. Include:
- Your order number (check your confirmation email or /account).
- Exactly what you want to change. For a swap, name the product line and the specific option, for example a Vantage desktop configuration or a Stratus laptop.
- Whether you want a partial change (one item or option) or a full cancellation.
- The email address on the order, if it differs from the one you are writing from.
The more specific you are, the faster we can confirm. "Change the RAM on my Atlas workstation to the next tier up" is easier to action than "change my order."
What happens next
Our team reviews the request and replies through the same ticket. If your order has not started processing, we can usually apply the change or cancel it. If a build is already underway, we will tell you what is still possible and walk you through the options from there.
Keep an eye on the ticket thread and reply to any questions we send back. That back and forth is where changes get confirmed.

- One ticket per order keeps things clean. If you have several orders to adjust, note that in the ticket.
