How we work
We keep teams small and close to the work. The person who designs a part can walk over to the person who builds it, and both can talk to the person who answers the support line. That short distance is on purpose. It means decisions are made by people who understand the whole picture, not handed off and lost between departments.
We move at a steady pace and finish what we start. We would rather ship one thing we are proud of than five we are not. Most weeks look calm, because we plan honestly and protect focus time. When something urgent comes up, we handle it together and then go back to a normal rhythm.
You get real ownership early. New people are trusted with meaningful work in their first few weeks, with a teammate beside them who has done it before. We give clear feedback, we say thank you, and we share credit widely.
