Creators is a separate Calyraen platform built for people who make and publish their own work. You can read what it covers on the platforms page at /platforms.
For most questions, start by signing in on the Creators platform itself, since that is where your creator profile and settings live. If you are signed in and something is not working, or you need a person to look into it, open a ticket at /support and pick the area closest to Creators. For login or billing on your main Calyraen account, sign in at /login and check /account. We will reply through the ticket you open.
