The fastest way to reach us is to open a support ticket at /support. When you start a ticket, you can pick the area it should go to (sales, support, and so on), so it lands with the right people.
If you have an account, sign in first at /login. Tickets you open while signed in stay in your account, so you can check the thread and see replies without digging through email.
