Your Calyraen account is where you manage your details, sign-in security, and orders in one place. This guide walks through updating your profile, changing your password, and keeping your account safe.
Where your account lives
Everything sits at /account. To get there, sign in with your email and password. If you have not created an account yet, register first, then come back to /account once you are signed in.
Your account page is also where you review past orders and track anything you have bought from the store.
Update your profile and email
- Go to /account.
- Open the profile section.
- Edit your name, email, or contact details.
- Save your changes.
If you change your email, use an address you can actually open, since that is where order updates and support replies go. Keep it current so nothing important gets missed.
Change your password
- Sign in and open /account.
- Find the password or security section.
- Enter your current password, then your new one.
- Save.
If you cannot remember your current password, use the reset link on the sign-in page.
Sign out of your devices
If you have signed in on a shared or public computer, sign out when you are done. To close other sessions, change your password. That signs out the devices you may have forgotten about, which is the quickest way to lock out anyone who should not be there.
Basic security tips
- Use a long password you do not reuse anywhere else.
- A passphrase of a few unrelated words is easy to remember and hard to guess.
- Never share your password over email or chat. Calyraen will not ask for it.
- If something looks off with your account, change your password right away.
