If something goes wrong with your Calyraen computer, open a ticket at /support and a real person will look into it.
When you open the ticket, include:
- Your order number (sign in at /login and check /account if you need to find it)
- The serial number of the product
- A short description of what is happening
- Photos, if something looks physically wrong
The more detail you give us up front, the faster we can figure out what is going on and what to do next. We will follow up through the same ticket, so keep an eye on it for our reply.
A quick note: our products are currently out of stock, so this applies to units already shipped to you.
