What support is included
Every Calyraen product comes with support at no extra cost. You do not buy a plan or a tier to get help from us. This page explains the channels that exist today and how to reach each one.
Calyraen is early. We build our own computers (Forge servers and the Atlas, Vantage, and Stratus machines) and Calyraen OS, and we run several other divisions. As things grow, the ways to get help will grow too. What follows is what is real right now.
Help centre and guides
The support area is the first place to look. It holds our help centre articles and how-to guides, grouped by topic and searchable. Most common questions (setup, accounts, orders, and how a product works) are answered there, and you do not need to sign in to read them.
If a guide is missing or out of date, tell us through a ticket so we can fix it.
Open a support ticket
When an article does not cover your question, you can open a support ticket from the support page. A ticket goes straight to our team and keeps everything about your question in one thread.
If you sign in first, your ticket and all of our replies show up in your account, so you can follow the conversation and come back to it whenever you want. You can still open a ticket as a guest, but signing in makes it much easier to track.
We are not listing response times, hours, or a phone line here, because we would rather be honest than promise something we cannot hold to at this stage. When you open a ticket, we will tell you what to expect.
Community forum
We also run a community forum, a separate Calyraen platform where customers and our team talk in the open. It is a good place to ask a question that is not urgent, share how you use your machine, or read what others have already worked out. You can reach it from the support page.
Documentation
For the technical detail behind our products and Calyraen OS, we are building out documentation alongside each release. Links to the relevant docs live in the support area and on the product pages themselves, so you can find the reference material next to the thing it describes.
Still not sure where to start
Start at /support. Search the guides, and if you do not find your answer, open a ticket from the same page. If you want to know more about who is behind Calyraen, see about the company.
