A workspace is a shared home for a project or the whole firm: the files and the people who may open them. Everyone works on the same version, with the same history behind it. Add someone to Projects and they reach Projects, nothing else. Move them on and their access moves with them.

No. Business Essentials runs in any browser, on the computers you already own. Enrol a CalyOS machine and you get the extras: full local speed, files that sync in the background, and the machine itself managed from the dashboard.
How does billing work?
One plan, one price per person, everything included. Add a seat when someone joins, remove it when they leave, and the bill follows the same month. Nothing hides in the small print.
What happens to someone's work when they leave?
Their account switches off and every door closes at once. The work stays exactly where it was, because it lived in the shared workspaces, not on their laptop.
Can we set our own rules without a specialist?
