How we help.
Modern medicine is, underneath, a computing problem as much as a chemistry one. We are a computer company, so we contribute the thing we actually have: machines and the people who run them.
Where our part starts and stops
We provide computing, engineering time and publication costs. The science, the credit and the conclusions belong to the researchers. We are the workshop, not the author.
Where computing helps most
Searching chemical space for candidate molecules, simulating how proteins fold and bind, and sifting study data too large for any spreadsheet. Months of bench work become weeks of compute.
Protein folding
Predicting the shapes molecules take, because shape is what medicine acts on. Our lead paper on it is written to be read by non-specialists.
