Fitness

Move at your own pace.

Stride is the fitness app without the shouting: guided workouts, gentle tracking and the outdoors, free and free of pressure.

The idea

Fitness, minus the guilt.

Free. Actually.

No premium tier, no ads, no catch.

Free. Actually.

Every workout, every level, every trail, free. No premium tier hiding the good sessions and no ads between sets. Why it can be free Calyraen pays for Stride because healthy customers are long customers, and we would rather say that plainly than invent a subscription.

Day one is easy.

Press play, follow along, done.

Day one is easy.

Open Stride, pick a session, press play. A calm voice and a clear screen walk you through every movement at a pace you choose. No level you are supposed to be Three levels exist for every session, and none of them is the right one. Gentle is a level, not an apology. Five minutes counts The shortest sessions are five minutes, and they count. Showing up is the whole trick.

Tracking, quietly.

The long line, not the single day.

Tracking, quietly.

Stride records what helps and nothing else: sessions done, time moved, how it felt. Progress is the long line over months, not a judgment about Tuesday. No streak shaming Miss a week and nothing scolds you. The app greets you back like a friend, because guilt never got anyone moving. Your data stays yours What Stride records stays on your account, is never sold, and what it never records is listed just as plainly.

The outdoors included.

Trails and walks, right from the app.

The outdoors included.

When the living room gets small, Stride points outside: walks, hikes and trails near you, graded honestly. You do not need to be a hiker The first trail is a walk in ordinary shoes. The mountains can wait until you want them.

Imagery in production

No catch. We checked.

The only plan is the free one. No trial that expires, no locked workouts, no ads. Download it, press play, and keep your money for better shoes.

Questions

Fair questions.

Is it really all free?

Yes. Every session, every level, every trail. Calyraen funds it and says so.

I have not exercised in years. Where do I start?

The five-minute gentle sessions. They exist precisely for you, and they count.

Does it work without a Calyraen machine?

Yes, on the devices you already own. Our machines just make good company.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours: never sold, never used to nag you, and the never-recorded list is public.

Free, in full

Your first session is five minutes away.

Press play and follow along.

Workouts

Press play and follow along.

Guided sessions for real living rooms, plus the outdoors when the walls get close.

The sessions

Something for every kind of day.

Guided sessions carry you through: a calm voice, a clear demonstration, and timing that waits for you rather than the other way round. Strength, stretch, cardio and calm, from five minutes to a full hour.

Three levels for everything, and no prizes for picking the hardest. Gentle, steady and strong versions of every session, so the same workout grows with you.

The outdoors is a session too. Walks, hikes and trails near you, graded honestly from ordinary-shoes to proper-boots, with the route and the turnarounds clear before you commit.

Four ways to get outside: the lunchtime walk, the weekend trail, the hill you have been eyeing, and the long day out. Start at the first one; the rest will still be there.

Sessions to choose from.

Morning stretch. Ten minutes to unfold.

Strength basics. No equipment, no drama.

Cardio, kindly. Out of breath, on purpose, safely.

Desk undo. For spines that sat too long.

Wind down. The session before sleep.

The first trail. A walk in ordinary shoes.

Pick one and press play.

Five minutes counts.

Progress

See how far you have come. Quietly.

Tracking that encourages instead of judging.

How it tracks

The long line, not the single day.

What Stride records: sessions done, minutes moved, and how it felt in your own words. Over months that becomes a line you can be proud of, drawn gently.

What it never records: your weight unless you ask, your location beyond a trail you chose, and nothing, ever, for advertisers. The never-list is public and short enough to read.

No streaks, no shame. Miss a day, a week, a season; the app greets you back the same way. The only comparison is you, earlier, and even that one is optional.

Progress you can feel: the stretch that got deeper, the hill that got flatter, the five minutes that became twenty without anyone announcing it.

Questions about your data.

You. Sharing exists if you want a friend cheering, and it is off by default.

Stride keeps to itself by design. If that changes it will be opt-in and clearly explained.

Both, any time, in ordinary formats. Yours means yours.

Start your long line.

It begins with one five-minute session.
