Seven years of parts and updates, and a repair that doesn't have to come back to us.

A machine you can't fix is a machine you have to replace. So we hold parts on the shelf for seven years after a model leaves the lineup, and updates keep landing for just as long. When something does break, most repairs happen where the machine sits, not in a box on a courier van. You carry on working while it gets sorted.

We hire and train locally, and we publish the figures to prove it.

Building close to where our people live is a choice, and a choice only counts if you can check it. So for each site we publish the figures behind that promise and update them on a set schedule. If a number moves the wrong way, it stays on the page too.

By 2030 our own operations run without fossil power. Not a group average that hides one dirty site behind a clean headquarters, but every site measured on its own. A target ten years out is easy to forget, so we track it in the open and report where each site stands, on the same fixed schedule as the rest.
